I think he's saying he doesn't like to use blender or Maya, and is building up his skills in Max. :P

Circa is correct,
I do not like Blender or Maya I have been learning 3ds Max since my Official plug for Rose was a max plugin / Scripts, That's what got me on max anyways. As for ZSC I stopped using zsc ages ago With the Seven Skies We had a tool to read stb and rewrite the zsc full from scratch. Its how it was done on the official server all i ever had to do is add my model texture a txt file with some data witch max exported for 99% of the time anyways then I run a bat file that would read the stb data and rebuild zsc files.

With seven Skies a lot of things were easy and much faster.

well it all depends on wich one you started, you will allways feel uncomfortable when you need to relearn a new software.

ow and a 3ds max license costs 3675 $ ,blender is really powerfull and open source!!

Ok I will give everyone a small secret,
3ds Max is Free Hell All Autodesk software is free & legit. It all depends on how you go about getting it.

But gonna link to it to not clutter waltens thread.

I posted it here viewtopic.php?f=35&t=5465

its still isnt legit if you pretend to be something u are obviously not ( or are you a studying graphic design), cause its a free student version meant to be for graphic designers student and not for any student, most of the time the student version are capped.

I'd rather go with a fully free software + a better community , and believe me nearly everything u can do in 3ds u can do in blender.

for people who need links about any 3d software or any 3d tutorial , there is one site that is overpowered for that , they have everything ! The website is called cg persia , type any 3d software name + cg persia in google and ull allways end up finding it cracked.

The program is not capped at all, And Yes I may not be really going to a school so to speak. But I always attend the school of the mined. At the end of the day its preference on what tool you mite use. I like the ability I have atm because i can learn any aspect from autodesk and I'm one who loves to learn.

My way just gives you a serial key and a product key registered to your name.

so small update to release some modells that have been in my computer for too long, this time i added a link to the original image and designer i used to modell the item from.

Also remember to turn shine off if through the zsc editor if you add thiose items to your server, also it seems im not able to export my models with smooth shading so if you happen to posess a 3ds mas license then u can open the obj version and save it with smooth shading , it should look better.

here is a bow that could go well along with the raptor set:

and here is another glaive ( nr 21)
