Magic Wand Animation Rework (Completed)

Wand Standing animation + walking animation + running animation + in combat standing animation + manabolt 3 stage animation preview
Buff preview
Normal attack preview (the one on the first gif was remade to become this one)
Lightning shock/summon preview (Note: it needs a lil bit more of work so it doesnt seem as awkward)
Sit -> sitting -> stand animation preview for female(Note: its going up less after my rework, this gif was an older version of the one that i have so it goes up and down really fast which was, once again, changed)
male version of sit preview not available right now (too lazy to put it on test client) - but it does exist, it has the left hand behind the characters head and is sitting a different way
Silence/poison/atk power down skill preview
ressurrect skill preview not available (cough no one to test it on cuz i only have one test acct, but its similar to the original ressurect skill, just floating)
that pretty much sums up what wand skills are
take note that hp/mp buff can use the old version or use the new buffing animation, same with heals, etc.
