I know that some guy's want to devellope a map editor in C#

Awesome! Thanks mate, once rl-1 finished his HIM handler he'll be putting up the first project file on our private(temporary) svn, after that's done, we'll start with the actual drawing of the map, implement a nice GUI, implement some camera functions, and start preparing for the actual editing(this is where you're code will come in handy)

Wow, this handler compiles almost perfectly. The only thing that I can't get is Matrix unused; which is under economydata. Since it's unused can I just remove it?

Ho man i copy that from an old version of my editor , it's seam that the economydata is fuck , wait i will correct that ;)

Yeah it's far more ergonomic than other ifo editor you can find in os ;)
As my workshop can edit praticly all rose file format , i have handler for each format if you need one feel free to ask me
