this is not EVO it doesn't follow NA rose. it has nothing that narose has.

Your speed bug ( going fast on user client but snail pace on other persons screen ) is also in the Speed Rose client ( not sure if tox ever fixed it ) I also had this bug on some user created items, apprently changing the base stats that the item had got rid of this bug, is there a section in the KTrose cart stb's for cart stats?

Yes the PAT STB is pretty much identical to the one used in EVO

The items that are causing the issues are primarily stuff that was imported from JRose.
Any item (engine or wheels) that increases move speed beyond the basic carts seem to cause this issue.
Need to lookup information on NARose items, skills, quests?
Now featuring a newly completed skill tree for all classes
Formatting fixed for different resolutions

I had a similar system I had worked on (talking about the tower defence), but it was a bot, a character that would atack players inside the city and summon defined mobs. (Like a general and its army) I used it for large pvp wars, I always wanted to get the bot to chat, but never really got into that, nor I think its possible. Are there any known bugs? I've heard the clan system in pre-evo is messy.

I Believe I used keong bot (or something around those lines) and edited it.

Typically this problem can be fixed by running triggerdetect.exe.
It has something to do with the graphical interface to your card. Some people can just run directly from the unzipped game folder but others need to run the setup first.

Thanks for this amazing Source Youko. It is incredible. Almost everything is working. That's the best source I've seen so far.

Like I've said, the biggest problem we have is an intermittent lockup that is very difficult to track down.
I think it's related to clans but I'm not completely sure.
Other than that some timing issues and a bit of code for carts is all that is really needed to fix.
